WINECELLAR

THE WINECELLAR, DESIGNED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH QUALITY WINES, WAS INTENDED FROM THE OUTSET TO BE IN HARMONY WITH THE ENVIRONMENT THAT’S WHY LOCAL MATERIALS WERE USED FOR ITS CONSTRUCTION, IN ORDER NOT TO IMPACT THE LANDSCAPE.

A double selection table allowing a strict control of raw materials and then processing in a winery with an equipment of the best Italian and French technology ensures the quality for the production of our wines. The winery has a processing capacity of 150.000 bottles in stainless steel tanks. They are aged in French oak barrels and then parked itself in bottles. The 4 year projection is to reach 1.000.000 bottles accompanying growth in the field.

THE WINES ARE BOTTLED AND LABELLED WITH A LAST GENERATION ITALIAN LINE AND THE INPUTS USED IN THE BOTTLES, AS NATURAL CORKS, ALLOW A NATURAL EVOLUTION OF THE WINE OVER TIME.

The winery has a cellar for the aging of the wines in conditions of humidity controlled, temperature of 16ºC and dimly light.

The winemaking team is formed by José Luis Mounier and Rafael Olaya, who are very well known because of their trajectory.
